    righteous sorrow

Light:

Self love, self care, and acceptance through emotional hardships; recognizing you have been through a lot; the right to grieve; grieving the loss of a loved one, the loss of a relationship;  empathy and compassion

Dark:

Refusal to empathize; neglecting self care during emotional hardship; self inflicted pain; shoving emotions aside

Ask Yourself:

What have you been through recently?  Is there someone in your life who has been through a hardship?  This is a call to allow yourself to grieve a loss - whether that loss was of a person, a situation, or even what you thought might have been.  Grieving is a necessary piece of the greater move forward.  Allowing time to process what has happened, and accepting its' passing, can offer us a greater sense of healing.  Is there anything you'd like to bring a sense of closure to?
