Light:​

The joy of finding yourself, by yourself, for yourself;  solo journeys of discovery; personal meditation; finding your own bliss; being fully comfortable in your own skin; being unafraid of being alone; knowing that there is really no such thing as "alone", for you are with source energy all the time...!

Dark:

Fear of loneliness, fear of solitude; filling the "void" with frivolous things, pastimes, or people;  not having enough time to yourself or your thoughts; codependency.​

Ask Yourself:

How comfortable are you with sitting with yourself, your soul, your mind, your body, and just being?  How well do you know yourself, and how well to you accept yourself?  We are never truly alone, as I said above - we are always connected with everything that exists.  It is innate!  Do not fear being "alone," because the "self" is deeper, more vast and complex than we can even imagine!  There are multitudes within each of us, and because of this, we are never alone.
