Light:​

Acceptance of death, change, or shifting circumstances; thankfulness for the ending of one phase and he beginning of another; awareness that nothing is permanent; the end to a painful situation; courage in the midst of change; overcoming, resilience; seeing beauty in impermanence

 

Dark:

Fear of death or transition; “if only” thinking, being stuck in the past; regret from a failed or ended relationship or phase; ill will

Ask Yourself:

Nothing lasts forever - however melancholy this may seem, isn't there beauty that you can find in this fact?  What aspects of your changing situation can you be thankful for?  There is much richness in the contrast we see in our lifetime, from the sweetness to the bitterness.  It is this contrast that is often the spice of life.  Embrace it!
